What we look for

To become a Pride Road architect franchisee and run your own architecture practice, you must:

  • Be a fully qualified architect
  • Registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB)
  • At least five years of post-Part 3 professional experience

Preferences

Although not essential, it is desirable to be registered with RIBA.

We also generally require franchisees to have a minimum level of technical skill and site experience to understand the complexity, although our overall aim is to simplify the process for everyone.
