Our Support to You

Supporting our franchisees is incredibly important to us

Our Beliefs

I created Pride Road in order to share my knowledge and business model with any architects who would like to follow in my footsteps, to have a secure job, a good income, take pride in their work and have a much better balance between home life and their profession.

Supporting my franchisees and their work life balance is therefore very important to me. It proved a fantastic opportunity for me and I want to share that opportunity with other hardworking people.

Franchisee Development Days (FDD)

Franchisee Development Days are an important date in our calendar and are key to franchise growth.

Our Franchise Development Days are a chance for us to get together (in person or remotely) and review how things have been going, any issues we’re having, and brainstorm ways to move forward. They are an effective way for us to bolster each other forward. These often include CPD sessions with Alan, and sometimes other guests either from our wider team or from outside who provide updates and advice.

An idea of some of the things that we have covered:

Budgeting, successes and issues, CPD – Party wall, Foundations, Planning Consultant on Permitted Development, Budgeting, CRM, Handling holidays, Technical services, networking, conversion rates, Marketing review and planning, Spa day, Women in Property, RIBA opportunities, social media scheduling, how to pivot the business during the lockdown, online initial consultation, workshops, follow-ups, Instagram training, fire safety, interior trends, smart homes, kitchens.

Our Wider Team

We have an amazing team of experts who support you as a franchisee – from business coaching, technicals, to IT and marketing.

As you’ll see from this list of our wider team and what they do, as a Pride Road franchisee you are very well supported. When starting up on your own you have to try and juggle all of these roles yourself, but, as part of the wider Pride Road brand with shared resources, you can relax knowing that these things are covered and that you have someone to refer to for questions and support when needed.
